Member Agreement

1. I am 18 years old or older.

2. I understand the Gun Owners Club is not involved in the transaction between

buyer and seller. It is my responsibility.

3. I am responsible for obeying all laws included but not limited to federal, state, judicial decisions and government reform, including compliance with all applicable licensing requirements.

4. I affirm I am NOT prohibited from purchasing or legally owning a firearm.

5. If I am at all unsure about firearm sales or transfers, I will contact the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosive at 1-800-ATF-GUNS and visit the ATF website at http://www.atf.gov.
